Ultra-sensory skincare products and perfumes based on micro and nano-fluidics

The France-based manuacturer is strengthening its offer of patented and exclusive breakthrough technologies for brands, thanks to a new partnership with the start-up Kléaria specializing in deeptech micro and nano-fluidic technologies.

The two companies have merged their know-how and expertise to offer brands new possibilities for formulating technical products and ensure their production on an industrial scale.

This new “Droplet Control Technology” makes it possible to obtain new generation emulsions by reducing droplets to a nanometric size, using a 100% natural, low-energy, environmentally friendly process for high added value and high-performance products.

Many formulation possibilities can be explored, such as the vectorization of active ingredients to allow better bioavailability on the skin and increased stability of sensitive active ingredients for more efficient products. This new technology will also allow the creation of highly sensory galenics, as well as the formulation of coveted “alcohol-free perfumes” with a high fragrance concentrations and a skinification approach to the product.

Previewed at the Cosmetic 360 trade show in Paris (October 16 and 17), these new formulation possibilities will also be presented by P&B Group and Kléaria, during a joint speech at the Fragrance Innovation Summit, a conference day focusing on the latest achievements and innovations in perfume, on November 27 in Paris (www.fragranceinnovation.com/en/).

This new innovation adds to P&B Group’s two existing patented and exclusive breakthrough innovations aimed at a new generation of more skin-friendly products: Advanced Water S-100®, a new generation ionized water that is a real game changer in dermo-cosmetics and medical devices; and UHT technology for the development and production of preservative-free products.
