The organizers of the event, which is opening its doors tomorrow at RAI, Amsterdam, has announced that a record number of new ingredients – 211 in total – from 163 companies will be showcased in this year’s Innovation Zone.
All ingredients in the zone will be contenders for the Best Ingredient Award, with winners announced at the ceremony on 8 April 2025. Judged by R&D professionals from finished product manufacturers, the awards recognise excellence in both functional and active ingredient categories, celebrating the most pioneering advancements in the field.
