Rabanne (Puig group) has chosen to entrust FaiveleyTech, a French company specialized in injection moulding and assembly of aesthetic plastic parts, to craft the accessory of the 50 and 90 ml bottles of its new women’s fragrance: Million Gold For Her Eau de Parfum.
FaiveleyTech’s Beauty Business Unit developed a galvanized Gold PP collar for this new perfume (officially launched at the end of August, 2024), which is assembled via an automatic process onto the bottle. The bonding, applied at multiple points, ensures significant durability to prevent detachment of the jewel from the product.
“FaiveleyTech showcased its craftsmanship in designing and producing the bottle accessory: an elegant jewel realized in a single piece, using a mould with complex kinematic,” said the packaging supplier in a statement.
The variety of bottle sizes (50ml and 90ml) and glass manufacturers added to the challenges successfully FaiveleyTech’s Beauty BU has to overcome.
“We are very proud to have contributed, in partnership with the brand’s teams, to the success of this creation: a unique jewel for this iconic floral and feminine new perfume by Rabanne,” explains Béryl Tomaschett, Sales Director at FaiveleyTech Orgelet.
All bottles are refillable in a single step thanks to the eco-responsible200ml refill bottle. All the closures (zamak exterior and polypropylene insert) for the 30 ml format, as well as half the closures for the 50 ml and 90 ml formats, were supplied by TNT Group.
