Eight scenic products informed by earth's diverse landscapes

Dezeen Showroom: modular seating informed by highways in Germany and rugs made from plastic depicting polluted rivers are among products on Dezeen Showroom that are informed by landscapes.

Pieces in the following selection are all among those created by designers that have looked to both natural landscapes and those altered by human-made interventions.

The autobahns and farmland of Northern Europe meet topographical features such as the river valleys, sand dunes and terrain of the Meditteranean, Africa and Asia.

Read on to see our selection of furnishings – including outdoor furniture, flooring, tables, modular seating systems and rugs – informed by various landscapes that have been listed on Dezeen Showroom by eminent brands and designers.
