Clarins launches Double Serum Generation 9 at star-studded Austin event


Prestige French beauty brand, Clarins, hosted a star-studded event in Austin, Texas, for the re-launch of the brand’s worldwide best-seller, Double Serum, now in its ninth generation.

Over 300 guests celebrated the brand’s latest innovation, including Miles and Keleigh Teller, Lucky Blue and Nara Smith, Nina Dobrev, Shaun White, Miles Chamley-Watson, Brooks Nader, Kelly Piquet, Cole Walliser, Jamie Chung, Jesse Metcalfe, Mariama Diallo, Christy Carlson Romano, and Theo Rossi.

The event took place on the lawn of The Long Center, and featured a 500-count drone immersive experience, an interactive video experience, and DJ No Signal spun a mix of electric and country tracks. As an homage to the Texan city and the cowboy-core trend, guests fashioned black tie western-themed looks and dined on legendary local Terry Black’s BBQ.


Originally launched in 1985, Clarins experts have perfected Double Serum’s formula over the years to reveal today, its 9th Generation. Inspired by 5 years of epigenetics research, the 2-in-1 formula targets two types of aging: chronological and now environmental + lifestyle aggressors (diet, sleep, pollution).
